Delete your account
Follow these steps to permanently delete your Love Notes account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your notes, photos, voice messages, drawings, and shared memories. Your partner will also lose access to all shared content.
How to delete your account

Open Love Notes
Launch the Love Notes app on your iPhone or Android device.

Go to Settings
Tap the profile icon or the menu in the top corner of the app, then select "Settings".

Find the Danger Zone
Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom of Settings.

Tap Delete Account
Tap the "Delete Account" button inside the Danger Zone. A confirmation screen will appear.

Type the confirmation word
You will be asked to type a specific word to confirm that you want to delete your account. Type it exactly as shown to proceed.

Re-authenticate
For your security, you must sign in again with your Google account to verify your identity. This is the final step before deletion is confirmed.

Account deleted
Once re-authentication is complete, your account and all associated data are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
After deletion
- Your account and all data are permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.
- Active Premium subscriptions must be cancelled separately via the App Store or Google Play.
- You can create a new account at any time using any Google account.
